Our Wines

Boasting a wide range of varieties and continuing to produce new releases, Ivanhoe have a wine for every knight. The vineyards are planted with Shiraz and Semillon, which the Hunter is famous for, as well as other exquisite varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Chambourcin and Gewurtztraminer.

As most of the Ivanhoe vines are over forty years old, they are low yielding but their fruit reveals rich colours, good tannins and intense flavours which are distinctive to the Hunter region.
